People and Environment

One of GLINT’s signature study areas focuses on investigations of how human interactions with the physical environment vary across local, regional, and global scales.  This body of work is wide-ranging and multi-disciplinary. It includes studies of militarized landscapes, implications of conservation policy, and the role of outdoor play in child development.
